Roamvaya is a travel eSIM brand operated by Fortis Stream Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Roamvaya with business address at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States.
Products
Roamvaya sells prepaid digital travel eSIM connectivity plans. Unless expressly stated otherwise, launch products are data services and do not include a local phone number, conventional voice minutes or SMS.
Device requirements
You are responsible for using an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Compatibility may vary by device model, country of manufacture and carrier configuration.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is provisioned. We may refuse, cancel or manually review an order for fraud prevention, compliance, pricing errors, technical problems or suspected misuse.
Digital fulfilment
No physical product is shipped. eSIM installation details are sent electronically after payment confirmation and provisioning.
Activation, validity and networks
Each plan has its own data allowance, covered location(s), validity period and activation rule. Speed, signal strength, 4G/5G availability, latency and coverage vary by location, congestion, device, local operator and network conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Roamvaya Delivery & Refund Policy.
Support and third parties
Roamvaya provides first-line setup and connection support. The service depends on payment processors, connectivity suppliers and local mobile networks; network-side cases may require escalation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roamvaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from inability to access mobile data, missed travel arrangements, lost business, third-party applications or local network outages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
